WHAT LISTENERS SAY ABOUT THE MYSTIC’S ALMANAC... “The Mystic’s Almanac is pure honey–delicious concatenations of homespun sincerity, natural wonderment, metaphysical brilliance, birth-quaking observations, striking biographical unveilings, grounded practical advice, and the dearest meditations on our sweet lives you’d ever hope to hear. Her velvet voice will sink pleasantly inside your soul. If Garrison Keillor had song-bird in his chest, this is what he’d sound like!” —Evan Hodkins, Teacher, Director of The School of Alchemy, Paonia, CO “This program has become the highlight of my Sunday mornings. The topic is always poignant and worthy of reflection–the “Thought for the Week” as it were. Judith’s soothing voice and sensitive interpretations make the listening all the more pleasurable.” —L. Boehme, Montrose, CO “The Mystic’s Almanac warms up our Sunday morning show with intriguing tales that dig deep into the beauty and wisdom inherent in people’s lives. Judith brings a poet’s touch to the miracle of everyday experience, as well as the significant passages in life—birth, life, death, and everything in between. Her personal storytelling embodies the true mystic as she travels through each episode. Our listeners look forward to hearing her inspirations each week, as do I.” —Maria Hodkins, KVNF DJ, The Medicine Show “We stop in the midst of our traditional Sunday morning pancake breakfast to turn up the radio volume and settle down to listen to Judith’s story for the day. Often we are left in tears or with lumps in the throat. The stories are about life, but with a twist of insight that might otherwise go unnoticed.” —Jacquie Jeffreys, Paonia, CO “Mystic’s Almanac is wonderful!. Judith speaks wisdom from the heart. She shares lessons garnered from personal experiences that are inspiring, humorous & always enlightening. A clear light in the all- too-often murky and negative media of these challenging times. A positive reminder of how life can be cherished when one lives in balance and harmony.” — Patricia Weller, Paonia CO |
